LNU Wows Spectators in a Display of Normalista Talents

Leyte Normal University (LNU) was filled with displays of artistic talents on Tuesday night, March 21, during the gala show entitled “Pag-usbong” at the LNU HRDC Alba Hall.

The performances featured six performing arts groups of the University: LNU Dance Company, Philharmonic Singers, Hip – hop Generals, Muzik Harmonie, Banda Dumagsa, and the Sirang Theatre Ensemble.

Present at the event were distinguished guest of the university, Board Member Wilson Uy of the Sanguinang Panlalawigan ng Leyte; Hon. Remedios Petilla, Mayor Municipality of Palo; Dr. Stephen Q. Lagarde, Member of the Philippine Chorale Directors Association (PCDA); and Atty. Helen O. Fabra, Supervising Auditor of the Commission on Audit of LNU.

This event serves as the grand opening of the newly-renovated HRDC Alba Hall.
