LNU-San Isidro Converted to Regular Campus

The LNU Satellite Campus in San Isidro, Leyte was finally converted into a regular campus called LNU – San Isidro Campus.

Republic Act No. 11968 or “An Act Converting the San Isidro Satellite Campus of the Leyte Normal University located in the Municipality of San Isidro, Province of Leyte, into a Regular Campus to be known as the Leyte Normal University – San Isidro Campus, and Appropriating Funds Therefor” was signed into law by President Ferdinand R. Marcos, Jr. on December 20, 2023.

By virtue of its conversion into a regular campus with separate funds from the main campus, it can now increase its enrollment, as well as expand its facilities. This marks a new chapter in the university’s continued commitment to providing quality education and expanding its academic footprint across the region.
