About Us

The Office of the Vice President for Administration and Finance (OVPAF) oversees the strategic management of financial resources and administrative operations. It plays a crucial role in ensuring the efficient allocation of university funds, maintaining fiscal integrity, and supporting campus infrastructure and facilities. With a focus on stewardship and operational excellence, the office collaborates closely with academic and administrative units to uphold the university's financial sustainability and operational efficiency.

Services

Plan, implement, coordinate, supervise and evaluate the work of the various administrative sections (HRMO, Supply and Property Management, Procurement, Physical Plant and Facilities, General Services, Records, MIS, Security, Budget, Accounting, and Cash Management Office)

Ensure the implementation of the office policies, rules and regulations per government regulatory standards;

Act as member of the Technical Committee by assisting in the supervision/inspection of infrastructure projects;

Act as Special Disbursing Officer and Accountable Officer by handling and setting cash advances;

Act as chair of Screening Committee for all staff development, hiring and promotions among the administrative personnel;

Plan, implement and monitor all administrative and financial activities of the university;

Supervise the operations of the LNU House

Perform other tasks that maybe assigned by the University President
