LNU Forges Collaboration with Universiti Teknologi Malaysia

To explore the possibilities for academic collaborations and partnerships, attachés of Leyte Normal University (LNU) led by the University President, Dr. Evelyn Aguirre, and representatives from Universiti Teknologi Malaysia (UTM) headed by Dr. Nor Haniza Sarmin – Acting Director of UTM International met via zoom on January 24, 2023.

The meeting explored various possibilities along faculty, student and cultural exchange programs between the two universities. 

Also present in the meeting for the LNU were Dr. Lina G. Fabian – Dean of the College of Education, Dr. Joyce M. Magtolis – Dean of the College of Arts and Sciences, and Dr. Maricel A. Gomez – Director of International Affairs and External Linkages. While for the UTM were Dr. Zainudin Hassan – Assistant Chair, Internationalization Committee at FSSH, Mr. Ahmad Hilman Borhan – Manager (International Relations), Global Strategy & Engagement, and Ms. Nur Shafikah Misran, Support Staff, Global Strategy & Engagement.
