Communication Arts Faculty Partakes in Media Literacy Colloquy

Faculty members from the Bachelor of Arts in Communication Unit participated in the 5th National Forum for Media and Information Literacy on January 20 and 21, 2023, at the Communication Foundation of Asia (CFA) building, Sta. Mesa, Manila.

Dr. Ariel B. Lunzaga, Dr. Leoncio Olobia, Professor Eva L. Rosal, and Miss April Q. Uykieng, together with students and faculty from different academic institutions in the country, and PAMIL members, attended the two-day seminar organized by the Philippine Association for Media and Information Literacy (PAMIL). The said forum deepened the knowledge and understanding of the participants on media literacy and its application to the continuous evolving landscape of education.

This forum was part of the faculty members’ initiative to improve their content knowledge and pedagogical skills to provide quality education to the Normalistas answering the call on Sustainable Development Goal (SDG) No. 4.
