CME Holds an International Hybrid Webinar on Entrepreneurship

Leyte Normal University, College of Management and Entrepreneurship, conducted an international hybrid webinar entitled “The Power of Innovation: Entrepreneurship and Global Solidarity for a Sustainable Future” on March 21, 2023, 1:30-3:00 PM at the HRDC Hall and via Zoom.

Ms. Anjelli Requintina, a business entrepreneur and owner of sustainable café restaurants in Copenhagen, Denmark, namely Oha Café and Café on the Six, was the guest speaker at the event.

The importance of innovation and entrepreneurship for promoting sustainable development and global solidarity and fostering a culture of entrepreneurship that values creativity, diversity, and social responsibility, to achieve a more sustainable and equitable world were the core of the discussion.

The said webinar addresses Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) No. 1 – No Poverty, No. 7 – Affordable and Clean Energy, No. 8 – Decent Work and Economic Growth, No. 9 – Industry Innovation and Infrastructure, Goal 10 – Reduced Climate Action, and 17 – Partnership for the Goals.
